Rule 106
Record keeping
(1) If a military person is dismissed from service due to being deemed unfit for government service in the future, the department responsible for keeping the record of dismissal in relation to military persons shall notify the concerned department of the military base and also the police as required.
(2) In the future, if a military person who has been dismissed from service due to his disqualification for government service is re-appointed to a military service or position, he shall be immediately dismissed from service after returning the salary and allowances received by him after such re-appointment.
